So good to have a roasting tin which can be used on the induction hob. Only negative is that it is heavy especially with a joint in it.

I bought this to replace a large M&S tray that unfortunately is no longer available. It’s a solid tray and a decent size. Despite ensuring that both the tray and oil were very hot my roast potatoes have stuck to the tray both times I’ve used it. I ensured that the potatoes were dry after being par boiled so not sure what the issue is. Disappointing as all reviews were very positive.

I wanted a new roasting tray. I’d looked for something sturdy and found what I was looking for with Le Creuset: it was heavy but so was the price! I then found Tom Kerridge’s stainless steel roasting tray in Marks. It fits my oven, is lovely to look at, has handles and is easy to clean. It was £40 and I am now thinking of getting the larger version. I’m so pleased with the product I will also buy his other cookware..

Doesn’t warp, heats evenly, not too heavy. Washes well if left to soak after using. Will probably buy a second one.

I bought this to replace an old non stick pan. I’ve not tried a stainless steel roasting tray before, but I think it’s better than my old non stick pan. It’s got really even heat distribution and so far cooked food has not got stuck to the bottom. Easy to clean as long as you soak it for a bit.
