A very good pan. I like the added depth of over my last mid size pan. Very pleased overall. Would have been 5 stars but the join from pan to handle is aluminium type rivet. I dish wash all my stainless steel pans because they come up beautifully and are in use daily. Over time this type of rivet will dissolve and give the pan a life expectancy of 8 ish years in my experience. Same for lid. So hard to find spot welds on this type of cookware.

I’ve only used this once, but l found the size was perfect for my food quantity.
I would like to add that I was very disappointed with the courier service, as they left this in the outside waste area, & it was only the intervention of my neighbour who spotted this and rescued it from a possible theft or the bin-men thinking this was not wanted.

Very impressed with my purchase to replace an older pan, and it looks great on the hob. Will now be buying the whole set. Good idea having liquid guide lines inside the pan, so you can’t overfill it and risk liquid overflowing.
